Horse Tolts and Palm Tree Boxers: A Study from Hafnarborg

Combining hand-drawn animation and collage with kinetic surfaces and projection mapping, the work explores themes of alienation and wonder through the lens of an automaton’s shadow play from a bathtub. This sketch-turned-installation began during a two-month Winter residency at the Hafnarborg Centre of Culture and Fine Art in Iceland.
